unable to create a neo trial subaccount

Hi experts,

I am trying to create a neo trial subaccount. I have my main account in Europe[ROT], and a subaccount in CF. Whenever I am trying to create a new subaccount, I can only see CF. Also when I try to access my webide, it gives me error "HTTP Status 500 - An internal application error occurred"

Log says as below:

2019 #ERROR#Login exception caught for GET request https://webidecp-pXXXtrial.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/favicon.ico. Reason: Login Failure: all modules ignored

Also in my cockpit, I am able to see some default tiles like Java Applications, DB spaces, HTML5 .... So it this the Neo trial space ? Unable to access WebIDE also. Also this hosted in Europe[ROT]. Please suggest how to fix this as I am unable to use this account.

Regards,

Hi jyothir aditya k,

The trial home has change a bit. Now the access button will take you to the Cloud Foundry page.

However, there is a link in the middle of the page that takes you to the Neo account:

You are probably at the trial home of the cloud foundry without a cf account created. So, there is just the list of available services and its description. You are also probably having a 500 error because your account has already expired.

Best regards,
Ivan

Hi Ivan,

There is no such link now.

Is there a way to register NEO subaccount?

Best regards,

Hi volha_pilchanka79,

Neo trial is sunsetting - so I guess SAP has decided to restrict the creation of new trial accounts. If you already have one created you still can access the link. If not, unfortunately there is no more Neo Trial. Cloud Foundry is what people are focusing now - at least in trial.

BTW: To be clear - Neo productive accounts aren't going to be sunset any time soon. My understanding is that SAP doesn't want to force people onto the new platform. So eventually the new stuff on Cloud Foundry will be more attractive and they will make the move themselves.

Best regards,
Ivan
