ui5 kapsel offline error - upload failed to establish a socket connection to server with mobile data

Hello all,

i have an offline kapsel application that flush and refresh data under wifi connectivity and works fine when online and offline but when the app is used under mobile data connectivity its giving an error as below, so the app is just unable connect to backend and doesnt refresh or flush data to backend. I have also logged the progres callback that shows that no data is sent at all to backend under mobile data. This is happening in not all of the devices.. i tried in another device and it worked fine there under mobile connectivity but doesnt work at all in a few devices.

Please help me resolve the same.

I would suggest you try to find out the differences between the devices and the raise an incident via the SAP Service Marktplace.
