Translation of Transaction Text

Hi

We have assigned authorisations roles to some Polish users but when they log in to the system with default language as Polish they see some tcodes in English and some in Polish. If such user goes to SE93 he would see the Polish text of the transaction he sees as English in his user menu. That proves that there is an equivalent of Polish translation of such English text. But why it does not appear in his user menu?
