Transaction IView Report appearing twice in Portal

Hello Experts ,

Need your help , I am facing issue with transaction iview reports both are under same role .There two reports having issue which appearing the Twice , first one is not working getting Message " Portal runtime error : An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator. Exception ID 10:42_01/10/20_0009_2803850 See log file for details about this exception (Screen Shot attached)", on the other hand second report with same name works fine .

1) I have tried to clear the Navigation Cache (Cluster Cache and Local Cache) : No Luck 😞 .

2) I have off the visibility of these reports ,Its still showing me the Error one reports .

Can you please Please help on this !!

Note : This issue in Occurred in Dev and Prod , In QA it works fine .

Just refer the SAP Notes 2030655 & 2279620.

Hi Sriram ,

Thanks Issue got resolved ,i have followed SAP Note #2030655 , also found that One of the report was coming from BI system and which was having broken link , I have resolved that report as well and it worked .
