The navigation information is not valid in sap fiori launchpad

When I load the Manage Billing Documents Application in fiori launchpad,I am getting the error in console like in the below image:-

I have activated all the sicf nodes and odata services required for this app.

when Iopen that pop up - 'Sorry a technical error occured' erro is coming,when I view the details of that error it is showing like this:-

I was unable to solve this issue,I have raised ticket to the sap regarding this issue.
