Terminating with error code 12 DB startup failed

Hello Experts,

We are on SAP ECC 5.0 Oracle 9 and OS Solaris 10, due to some space issues we in our DEV box we have used NFS to 1 year back it was working good but unfortunately there was a power shutdown in our data center and all server get restarted and DEV is not coming up when I execute STARTSAP command I got the

I have checked DB and got the error

is this file '/oracle/JD1/sapdata5/jd120_31/jd120.data31'missing from os ?
