Solution Documentation Integration with CHARM and need Transfer existing document in CHARM to SOLDOC

Hi Team,

We are planning to Integrate the Solution documentation with CHARM. Currently we are storing the documents like (FS/TS/IMG/UAT/Test Plant) as a attachment in Request for Change and Change Document. So while doing the integration itself we are planning to copy all the existing attachments in CR and CD to the solution documentation. So kindly let us know procedure to transfer all the existing attachments in CR and CD to solution documentation in one go.

Hi Jawahar,

Generally, in CR/CD, The Solution Documentation assignment block contains references to Solution Documentation elements that are assigned to the message, change transaction, business requirement, or IT requirement. Additionally, for change documents, the changed Solution Documentation elements in the context of the present change document are displayed. See below document for reference:

We don't have option to transfer attachments from CD/CR to solution documentation in standard scenario.

So involving consulting service team in is an option for you.
