Hello, dear all
I am currently installing Solution Manager 7.2 SP 17.
In the Installation Guide:Infrastructure Preparation - 2.3 Diagnostics Agent Authentication section
I generated a certificate and it failed to register.
Can you tell me what the problem is?
未認証診断エージェント:Unauthenticated Diagnostics Agents
dahliahana,
In addition to my comments above please check this note as well:

Hello dahliahana,
From your screenshot it can be seen that DA is not connected to Solution Manager.
Make sure that it is connected successfully.
Please check and follow the note:

Hello dahliahana,
Have you also checked the note:
3316788 - User credentials required to connect Diagnostics Agents to Solution Manager 7.2
"When using OS user other than agent service user for installation, you may face issues with updating Agent Secure Storage due to "permission denied" error on Windows. This is because of the changes for 3265173 - [CVE-2022-41261] Improper Access Control in SAP Solution Manager (Diagnostic Agent) which introduces additional access restrictions to prevent insecure user access. To overcome this you can:
--Abay
Additionally check wiki:
"The secstore.properties file is corrupt
The Agent log shows: "Cannot find smd/agent/secretkey in configuration/secstore.properties. Returning null." This happens if the file got not created corretly.
Delete the SMDAgent/configuration/secstore.properties file and restart the Agent. Afterwards, it should appear in the Non-authenticated Agents tab and you should be able to trust it again. This process will recreate a new secstore.properties file."
It is recommended to make a backup of the secstore.properties file in case before deletion.
