Solman 7.2 incident creation problem

Hello,

We have a problem with Solman configuration Several problem messages are displayed during incident creation and the incident is not reflected in the portal after submission. We send the screenshots, after calling the notif_create transaction, we select the business role, fill in the incident parameters, and in the third point, we write the problems. Can anyone help me?

Hello,

Please check that you have all the settings described in SAP KBA 2819986 in place.

It looks like you don't manage more than one customer number but have activated the BAdI to manage more than one customer number. Please check https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/cweUDw , for AISUSER setting hints. For example , I can tell with a quick look that the entry for BP_USER1 is wrong. The contact and the customer number are the same, this is wrong.

Hi george_member,

Make sure the customer number of S-User assigned and SolMan customer number are same.

The attached error is due to mismatch between customer number assigned to SAP system and SAP OSS user.
