Soap Receiver Error '401 unauthorized

Hi Experts,

Need your support regarding one issue, I have a scenario from 'IDOC' to 'SOAP' Channel, though I have maintained valid credentials and URL in Soap communication channel, I am getting '401 Unauthorized' error. Please throw some light, what could be the reason.

When I ping the channel, getting the error

Hi Sriram,

Yes, we are using 'NTLM' Authentication using Soap adapter - Http(Axis), I changed the user to(domain\\username) as per the Notes but I am getting same error '401 Unauthorized'.
