SMTP Configuration and Relaying through MS Server.

I am trying to setup my training landscape server to send tickets opened by users directly to our Solution Manager which is working perfectly fine, however when it's moved to our Solman it automatically sends an e-mail to the first level of support (in my case i've put in my e-mail), for the past 5 days i've been researching and reading everything available on the internet about SMTP configuration, i've set everything in SCOT including the job and i've set emails for users my problem was that SAP doesn't support authentication so i've set up a virtual SMTP host on a local windows server and i've set the domain in SCOT to that computer name/IP.

Now what is supposed to happen is that when a ticket is open it's sent to SOLMAN then an e-mail notification by SOLMAN_BTC (which uses my e-mail) is sent to an external e-mail(also mine). While i am getting message was successfully sent on SOST i am not receiving anything on my email(i have checked SPAM).

Also whenever something is sent a message begins to send from postmaster to a recipient that i can't find in transaction SU01 or BP and even though it's successful it keeps sending over and over again ever time the job is runing.

I would appreciate any help, and if anyone can explain how the whole process and where are these emails lost?

Hello Ashraf,

Please check TCode: SOST and see there is any email generated by SAP for you or not?
