Hi,
I am not a Basis person, but I read the following blog and it says SM59 connection need to be configured to send XI data to CPI: https://blogs.sap.com/2018/06/04/cloud-integration-configuring-scenario-using-the-xi-sender-adapter/
Now, the blog does not discuss in detail on how to setup the SM59 (which user should I use for connection to CPI, etc.) When I follow the steps in the blog and I do connection test, I receive the response "Connection Closed".
What is this error? Is it related to firewall/connection blocked issue? Is there any other blog/documentation which discuss more detail for setting up SM59 connectivity to CPI system?

Hi suwandi.cahyadi,
If you notice the blog it's mentioned its of type G. Yes connection closed could be because of firewall/connection issue.
Could you check with your network team if you need some proxy to be used or if you have to request to open firewall for your outbound connection.
If your on-premise system is over HEC you have to raise a request to open the connection.
