set popup for user when log in to business workplace

hello experts

i set business workplace (sbwp) at strat transaction. Now I want to show the user a popup with my custom message and an "ok" button when the user login to the business workspace.

I have little information about this and please guide me step by step. Thanks a lot.

Hello Tom,

Not clear if you are using SAP Build Process Automation - if yes below steps should help:

Anywhere in automation, you can use activity step - "Information Dialog (Blocking)"

Here you can configure the message to be displayed (right now I have just mentioned <Information>)

Below is how the pop-up looks during execution. It displays the configured message and waits for user to hit OK before proceeding further.

But I do not use SAP Build Process Automation.

I use SAP GUI for windows 800 s4hana.
