Hi Ertugrul,
You are showing the card from the "SAP Partner CoE Quality Measurement Reporting".
We have the same "problem", but I think that this informatoin is not continually updated, but is update on a regular basis (ie. monthly). We upgraded at the beginning of the month (November 2023) and we still show SPS15, even though we are on SPS17 now. The support portal (comment from above) is also up to date.
Take a look at the figures the at the beginning of the month to see if it is still the same. If the problem still exists, even though all other areas show the correct SPS, then send your problem to partner@sap.com. They should channel your problem to the correct group.

I think the report is run at certain intervals as you mentioned. I talked to sap expert chat. He stated that it takes some time to appear on the Partner edge page as you stated.
In addition, when Report Selection Period Last 90 days is selected, current data appears. It also keeps solman version information for the past time.
