SAP Table Non-Unique Index including HANA Database reduces performance

Hello Gurus,

My problem pertains to a basic SAP report (Display Functional Location, Transaction code - IH06).

The index was modified as follows in order to enhance the functionality of the IFLOS table within the report. Selecting HDB is the new option; previously, it was for HDB exclusion.

The performance did not increase even with the HDB included on the contrary, it reduced.

I'm having trouble figuring out why, can someone help?
