SAP Support for suppliers on Ariba

Hi! I'd like to know how can suppliers on Ariba request support from SAP. Is there any steps I can follow?

Hi Ruisa! Thanks for sharing your question. As a supplier on Ariba, the companies can request assistance over the phone or e-mail.  They just need to follow the steps described below.

  • Access supplier.ariba.com
  • Click on the “?” icon, at the top right corner
  • Select “Support
  • Select “Contact us
  • Select “Register on SAP Business Network
  • Select “Something else
  • Select any of the options
  • Select “Create a Case
  • Fill the form to request assistance by phone or email.
