SAP Solution Manger 7.2

Hi Team,

We have installed SAP Solution Manger 7.2 (ABAP + JAVA) and after the installation the SAP_BASIS , SAP_ABAP Support Pack is on SP-level 0012 and ST SAP Solution Manager Tool is on SP 0002. As per the SAP Solution Manager Configuration Guide 7.2 we will have to perform the post install steps.

1)SAP License Installation
2)SGEN
3)Backup prior installing Support Package and performing other post steps
4)Support Package Stack Installation for Both ABAP and JAVA
5) RFC Destinations SAP-OSS to be maintained correctly
6)Optional: Create a new productive client for the SAP Solution Manager ABAP system. Perform a client copy with the SAP_ALL profile from client 001. Use client 001 as the source client for users.
7)Execute Tcode SOLMAN_SETUP and SOLMAN_WORKCENTER (Basic Solman Configuration)

My question is how to create an project and upload the document in SAP Solution Manager after the above post installation steps are completed.

In SAP Solution Manager 7.2 the Tcode SOLAR01, SOLAR02 and SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMN is obsolete.

Hi Anil

You should be able to find plenty of existing information and sources on SCN that explain to you what is new with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and what happened to transaction like SOLAR01, SOLAR02 and SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN.

It's advised that you search for this kind of information yourself first, before asking a fellow community member to spend (valuable) time on answering your question.

You can also find SCN content by searching on Google, try "SOLAR02 SAP Solution Manager 7.2" for example.
