SAP SLT - PERFORM FULL DATA LOAD/REPAIR FOR HISTORICAL DATA

Hi experts,

We were replicating the KONV table from an ABAP system to a HANA database with restrictions based on condition types.

Now we need to take off those filters in order to start loading all the conditions types to the Hana database. There is no problem with the changed or new records but how can we load the missing historical data that can't be changed?
Is there a way to perform a full repair data load just as we used to do with LIS datasources?

I don't want to replicate the whole data from the scratch because the table is massive and it would take about 10 days and the reports would be unavailable.

Regards,

Filipe

Unfortunately. there're no standard way to do such task.

I see only 2 possibilities:

1. create a new configuration with same source and target, create a new filter that exclude old filter, set LTRS parameter "Refresh behavior" into "no action", replicate table again

2. or replicate table from scratch 😞

Andrey,

thank you for the answer. There is no supported way to perform full data load repair with SAP SLT.

I just opened a ticket to the SAP team and got such answer.

Hi Sri, thanks for the answer!
The thing is that the data I want to load to HANA system has never been loaded before. Am I supposed to fill the logging table manually?

Filipe

First of all Replication Logging only available for the nonSAP replications. I see that initial task tells that source system is ABAP.

Second point is that with Replication Logging possible only repeat already transferred data, but not the data that was never replicated.
