SAP Signavio Process Intelligence ECC templates manual upload

Hello,
i have one question regarding SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and the templates to load data from ECC to investigage specific end-to-end process. I understand that these templates can be used when loading data through established data pipeline but i wonder if there is any program of functionality which could create me the CSV or any other supported file format in ECC and then i could load the data manualy to Signavio?

Hi David,

Are you looking for a option to extract data from the source system?

If there is a requirement to specifically extract csv files then they could extracted from the SAP ECC system UI using the SE16 option. There are three codes available here:

• SE16
• SE16N
• SE16H

I would recommend to use SE16N tcode as it provides the physical column names.

The data can be extracted in CSV format and uploaded into SAP Signavio PI using the manual upload option. Please refer the following documentation for the same.

For direct connection, SAP Signavio PI has a SAP connector which can be used to connect to SAP ECC and S/4 HANA systems.

Using this connector, we could fetch the data from the source system directly with relevant filters and column level masking. Following which the data could be processed in a Process Data Pipeline to generate event logs.
