SAP PO 75 SP 17 - SFSF Adatper in status Error - Initialization unsuccessful

Hi all,

We have a SAP PO system on NW 7.5 SP17 with CONNECTIVITY ADDON / SFSF adapter / OData adapter installed.

PIADAPTERS and SFSF ADAPTER - Installed details below

PIADAPTERS - PIADAPTERS03_35-20012293.SCA

SFSF ADAPTER - PICOASUF03_27-10013382.SCA

XI CONTENT CONNECTIVITY 1.0 - Installed details below:

XI CONTENT CONNECTIVITY 1.0 - XI7_11_CONNECTIVITY_ADD_ON_1.0_03_02.tpz

Within PI Communication Channel Monitoring we are seeing the below errors for SFSF Adapter types:

Initialization unsuccessful. Exception: CHANNEL_CONFIG_ERROR:Incorrect channel configuration for SF channel No outbound bindings found for this channel.. Reason is: {1}

The closest SAPNote we could find for the above error was note 2598978 - SuccessFactors/OData adapter: No outbound bindings found for this channel, however this is only applicable if running SP02 and we are on SP03.

I have not been able to identify the root cause of this error.

Any suggestions?
