Hi,
We are facing an issue in where some outbound idocs get stuck in ECC itself and the log in SM58 shows like below.
SAP proposed that upgrading AS Java version to latest will solve the issue. In SAP NOTE: 2659752, Reason and Prerequisites section (mentioned below), SAP has provided the cause, but i am not able to understand. Could anyone please tell explain it out.
Reason and Prerequisites:
The initial issue happens because there is a logout invocation, which destroys the user data while the JCo server session was active and there was no mechanism to handle this situation in Session management.

Better you can raise the SAP support ticket to find the root cause, this may be bug in the new version.
