Hi Alex, is there a significant difference for the worse between SAP Business Client 7.70 and SAP Business Client 8.00 PL6?
If so, plesae open a support ticket under the component BC-FES-BUS-DESK.
Hello Sandra, I had same issue on 7.70 thats why i upgraded to 8.0 thought problem may be fixed in new versions.

what is the patch level? if it is low try to update the latest patch of SAP NWBC 8.0
