I dont have a test system in hand so that the exact config point could be different name.

To add a default image to the home page of SAP NetWeaver 7.5, you can use SAP's UI Theme Designer. Here's how you can do it: 1. **Launch the UI Theme Designer**:

- Go to the URL `http://<server>:<port>/sap/bc/theming/ui5_theme_designer` - Replace `<server>` and `<port>` with your server's address and port.

2. **Select a theme to customize**:

- On the UI Theme Designer landing page, you'll see a list of themes. You can customize a pre-existing theme or create a new one.

3. **Edit the theme**: - Once you've selected a theme to edit, you can change its parameters, including the default image.

- To change the image, find the parameter that corresponds to the background image of the home page. It might be named something like `--sapShell_BackgroundImage`.

- Click on the parameter to edit it. You should be able to upload a new image.
