SAP NetWeaver 7.5 Installation issue with SAP Instance failing to start.

I am getting this error on SAP NetWeaver 7.5 installation.

I am running on an Oracle 7.9 system with Oracle 19c pre-installed and using the $ORACLE_HOME as the one provided by Oracle.

I followed this info on using the ORACLE_HOME path and data files location with custom database option.

What can be causing a SAP instance to fail to startup and what logs do you log for to see what command is used?

Greetings! I was able to figure out the issue. Oracle 7.9 is supported based on some searching.

Also, the the issue was a semaphore issue.

I have read the user guide. It looks like Oracle 7.9 is not supported but Oracle 7.8 is.
