Currently Incidents are assigning to support team directly using partner determination procedure (brfplus rules).
But could you help to know, can we directly assign to any specific message processor ?
Dear customer,
The support team determination is for support team instead of individual processor, as long as you have defined the BRF+ rules for the determination, it will auto fill the support team based on your configuration.
