SAP Identity Provision transformation job fails

with IPS READ/SYNC Job start fails after reading 1000 entries . I tried all possible solutions but not getting right soln

1) switch to API version 2

2) Adjust SF Pkg size 1000

In one of KBA SAP saying to restart the job in production enviorment we cant do all time and in other note it says it could network diffrerence ..

Could you please share soln if you've encountered the same issue and resolution you implemented.
