SAP CPQ ERROR Response was of unexpected text html ContentType Incoming portion of HTML stream

Hi Experts,

Scenario:

We are sending Sales quote information from SAP CPQ system to S4HANA system.

In CPQ side user using HTTPS adapter to send CPQ sales quotation data.

n the S4HANA side we are using IDOC adapter to send the information to S4.

Issue: We are getting some issue in last step of the I flow i.e,

com.sap.it.rt.adapter.http.api.exception.HttpResponseException: An internal server error occured: Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. Incoming portion of HTML stream: (none). The MPL ID for the failed message is : AF7zevAwzl9eynkVS0UfwY4J-URL For more details please check tail log.

Note: Earlier this interface was working fine, we didn't do any changes and even the Idoc's(error Idoc's) are not sending to S4 system.

We have verified SICF services in S4( based on the Note 2530701) and those all are activated.

Kindly can any one help on the above issue.

Hi Sunny,

S4 HANA system is On premise and we are getting 500 status error.Can you please help me to enable trace at cloud connector level.

Normally we have Trace option at message monitoring level .

Hi narsaiah.thottempudi ,

This reason for such error is some exception in text/html format from the target system. It may be 401, 403 or some other exception.

I assume that your S/4HANA System is On Premise system, if that is the case, kindly enable trace payload in Cloud Connector to know the exact error and then troubleshoot it accordingly.
