Seeking support and help

Under SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Provisioning product, I am try to replicate users/groups from IAS through IPS to BTP Sub-account (SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition) following below help link https://help.sap.com/docs/identity-provisioning/identity-provisioning/add-system

Scenario :

Under Supported systems from above link

-> Source System : Identity Authentication

-> Target System : SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition

Source system is good, however the target system read job failing due to error. I see that mandatory property for Target system is "cflp.providerId'' not able to find any providerID in SAP Build Work Zone standard edition -> from channel manager

Error :

errror=org.apache.camel.http.base.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking https://portal-service.cfapps.eu20.hana.ondemand.com/roleMapping/scim/v1/Users with statusCode: 400, Response: {"schemas":["urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error"],"detail":"The provided providerId is illegal: saas_approuter","status":400,"scimType":"invalidValue"},

Dear Victor,

Destination was missing in BTP subaccount to Build Work Zone. After creating it, configuration worked.

Dear Sonia,

Able to locate provider Id, but it wasn't working as expected. I did resolve issue.

Solution : Destination was missing from Sub-account to SAP Build Work Zone Instance.

I am preparing documentation, will soon write blog on this scenario.

Anyways, thank you for your reply.

Best Regards

Suresh

Hello Suresh,

the value for cflp.providerId is displayed in the ID collumn under Content Channels in SAP Workzone. If you have issues finding this value, please open a ticket and the colleagues will support here.

Kind Regards,

Sonia
