SAP BusinessObjects Mobile app on ipad showing "content not supported"

Hi All,

We have an issue where we are trying to work on ipad of end users and consume webi reports.

But strangely it is giving error as "content not supported"

iPad 4th Gen (iOS Version - 10.3.3)

iPad mini 2 ( iOS Version - 12.4.5)

Has anyone faced this kind of issue? Pls. help
