SAC: to automate the data locking status in the approval workflow

Hi,

I was trying to automate the data locking status in the approval workflow but after accomplishing some test in SAC I found the following handicaps:

- SAC allows as to include a data locking task to open the budget autmatically once the workflow is activated but when testing I note that it is not working: the budget continues locked, and I must open it manually.

How I did:

I added the data locking task to the first task (assignee). In this case, before activating the workflow I want the budget to be in “Locked” status. I generate the data locking task as Open, to open the budget automatically once the first task is open or in progress. I added the context and the filters.

Once the workflow is prepared, I active it. The first task is opened but the data locking task to open the budget is “old hold” and the status still in “Locked”

Could you let me know if I skipped some step or if you know why is not working?
