SAC - Story Filters - Single Selection

Hello,

I would like to add the selection for the story filters example have Forecast, ACTUAL and Budget, i would lile user to select any one of then not all to display data. It shows check box one where multiple selections are allowed.
How to achieve this without Application designer?
