SAC Objects backup

We are looking for the backup options for SAC inventory and found the below note.

We would like to know if SAP is taking the objects (Stories, Models, and  Connections) backup as part of the daily routine or Is it the Customer responsibility?

Also, what is the best practice to take the Objects backup?
