SAC - Live Connection HANA - Hierarchies

Hello,

i have performance issue with two level-based hierarchies (customer and product hierarchy) from HANA Live Calcualtion view in a table. The drill down takes very long time.

Is there any possibility to improve the perfomance? ( I already did the necessary steps like filter as much as possible etc.)

Or is it better to use import connection in this scenario?

Hello, Where is the performance slowness at SAC level or at HANA level. you can do a data preview of the HANA calculation view in database explorer and there is hierarchies tab to drill down. Is the slowness observed at HANA level as well?
