SAC Input Templates for Budget and Planned

Hi

I have requirement to users enter Budget data in fiscal year month and Planned data to enter in Calendar year month by selecting the Date dimension from Story filter.

I have basic question; do I need two Date dimensions in my Model one for fiscal year month and other one for Calendar year month.

I knew Date dimension (Calendar) have other properties for fiscal year, fiscal year month, hierarchies etc all these or to display the data at story. But not sure these properties will help for input templets.

The date dimension in SAC model can either be Fiscal or calendar at a time. So yes may be 2 date dimensions but you have to think through the design keeping in mind every other aspect. How would you do Actual/vs Budget if they are entered on different dates. Just think it through on all aspects.
