S/4HANA on- premise and SAP Analytics Cloud live conection

Guys, I'm new to SAC, I've been studying for a month but I still have a lot of doubts regarding how to connect data from S/Hana on-premise to SAC.

What do I need to connect? I saw some things about CDS view, who could make these settings?
