Running in parallel or in series?

Hi,

a partner asked what are the constraints in scheduling bots?

I am referring if:

• what is the importance of allocating time in unattended usage?
• can two scheduled bots run at the same time on the same agent?
• how can the bots influence the performance when running in parallel?
• is it anytime recommanded to run them in series(i am referring to cases when the bots do not depend on each other)?

Hi Monica,

• what is the importance of allocating time in unattended usage? You can schedule if the boy should run or not. E.g. unattended bots for closing process run only during the first week of a month.
• can two scheduled bots run at the same time on the same agent? No, to scale up you need additional VMs.
• how can the bots influence the performance when running in parallel? It is depending on the scale lability of the automated application.
• is it anytime recommanded to run them in series(i am referring to cases when the bots do not depend on each other)? No you can run boys in parallel on additional VMs.
