Hi IDM Gurus,
There is an issue, a user had requested a role last year it got approved but Status was failed, Operation Text was "Not Assigned".
The role request got auto reconciled again same approval flow happened but still not assigned.
Even after approving, the role is not getting assigned and getting reconciled again and again.
Could you please provide assistance to find out the cause of this issue.
