Reset table buffer

Hello guys,

Can anyone tell me if there is any way to reset table buffer of SAP on OS level or database level? It is just like executing tcode "/$tab" in SAPGUI. If indeed there is a way to do that on OS or database level, can you tell the steps to do it?

Hi Bhushan,

SAP table buffering can be controlled only within an SAP GUI with the help of AL12 transaction and transactrion code "$tab" just as you wrote.

"Oracle buffering" differs from "SAP Table Buffering" completely.
