i have developed a project using vb 6.0 , and i used crestal report 10 to generate reports, if i want to package my project using inno setup , what crystal report ocx,dll,...,etc files should i include in the package

None, CR included with VB 6 has been out of support for 20 years as well as VB 6.
Upgrade to Visual Studio 2010 -> 2019 and get the cR runtime from here:
