Using Business Address Services (Postal Regional Structure - City File) in MDG possible?

Hello Experts,

is it possible to use the standard Postal Regional Structure (City-File) to validate addresses in MDG-Change-Requests for Business Partners?

If yes, are there any actions in the MDG-Customizing necesarry besides activating the city-file for the relevant countries in the following IMG-Path?

SPRO --> SAP NetWeayer --> General Settings --> Set Countries

Are there differences between a MDG CO-Deployment and a HUB-Landscape?
