User Context in SAP CAI

Above link says that we can user context to fetch data associated with user such as user profile. My situation is I have deployed cai bot on SAP Jam and MS Teams and want to know the details of the user who is chatting with the bot so that I can perform transactions accordingly at the backend. I am not able to find working example using above link, anyone has idea how we can achieve this ?

Hello Vinay,

Yes you can pass user information but in this case you need to build cusom connector either you can use SAP CAI SDK or Dialog Api to create conversation. Currently Standard BOT Connector Doesn't support this. I hope this help you. Look at below blog, exactly you need this.
