This is my very first question that I am taking in [04/2022].
We recently rolled out S4HC to our firm. The 1099 templates available in our tenant do not allow for adjustments for spacing of the form in order to print on the standard US preprinted forms. The data does not align in the boxes properly for any of the NEC forms. We were curious what other US firms that use S4HC multi-tenant are doing to get around this issue.
Thank you in advance for your inputs.

Hello Lisa,
Ideally, the pre-printed forms generated using the standard 1099 reports should align correctly on the IRS Copy A forms. I understand that's not the case here and there is some alignment issues with the 1099 NEC forms.
Could you please raise an incident in the component FI-AP-AP-Q1 so we can generate the forms from your system and check the issue in details.
Best Regards,
