Step description not coming in change request tracker

In Change request tracker step description are not coming. Its displaying as No description.

How can i get step descriptions?

I have a couple of places where to check possible issues:

- Is the language you are logging in the same of the user that created the CR

- in transaction /IWFND/ROUTING you can see the rfc destinaton of the service, is there language in the logon&security tab?

Also, does it happen in the same way for all users?

Hi Amo Ntella,

For Standard CRs wrt each step, approver description is coming. However for Custom CRs it is not.

Can you let me know is there some setting i need to do custom CRs.

i saw somebody else having same issue, unfortunately i dont have any active custom cr active to check on my systems..

I'm wondering, is the custom CR creator the same of standard (and with description working) CR

Also, do you have the description in USMD120C?
