SAP Fiori tools- Service Modeler path argument error

Hi,

i have a custom FIORI app already productive since a year.

Now i want to enhance it.

For this i have to refresh the service data.

But when i try to open the service modeler i got the following error message

This worked fine during creation of this app.

When i create a new project, the modeler is also working fine.

Looks like something required for the modeler was added or changed in the meantime, but this is not reflected in my project.

Any ideas what is wrong here?
