Salesforce adapter: error trying to install version 1.0.15

We've been using Salesforce adapter version 1.0.14 for a while now. But now this version is deprecated.

I've downloaded *.esa for 1.0.15, but when I try to add a new artifact "Integration adapter" and press OK, this error pops up:

Error in creating artifact of the integration package

Any ideas how to resolve?

We had the exact same issue with our sales force adapter (on latest version) on Monday. In our case, our scenario with previously deployed salesforce adapter showed an error. I deleted my sales force adapter and retried and got the exact same error as the poster.

Tried installing it again yesterday and everything worked. Seems like a temporary platform issue and appears to be resolved now.

Thanks Krish! I tried again on Wednesday and this time it went well. I confirm that issue was temporary and is resolved now.
