What are all the log files to be analyzed in post-S/4HANA conversion to identify the log running phases, minimizing pre-phase run and downtime, and HANA performance, table index improvements?

Name them specifically.

for HANA Migration and checking the customer code in front you can use the following sap notes

1912445 - ABAP custom code migration for SAP HANA - recommendations and Code Inspector variants for SAP HANA migration

2315679 - Sorting of records on SAP HANA Database

furthermore there is a nice blog post about migration from anydb to hana

we used transaction sci to identify these objects, application colleaques need to validate/adjust the objects.
