Response from external server has status code of 404

Hello Community,

we have connected S/4HANA Cloud system to SAC for Planning.

We can import the data successfully!

While we want to export the data from the model we get an error message.

Does anyone has the same error or a solution?

We are using S/4 HANA Cloud.

I myself did not yet do what you tried... I was just able to export data into a BW aDSO successfully (this took me also some efforts) 😉

I'm wondering if you used any Best Practice document or which communication scenario you are using and might it be that you configured only the inbound but not the outbound?

Document: 1YB_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf is for importing into SAC. So far I did not find one for importing into S4HC.

Unfortunately many of those documents (e.g. 35D, 53L) leave you alone in case of error messages 😞

thanks for your message. I wondering a little. We have received a new S/4 HANA public cloud test system. In the last S/4 HANA Public Cloud system, I had already set it up and tested it successfully.

This time I used the following best practices again.

Import Connection setup with SAP Analytics Cloud (‏1YB‏)

SAP Rapid Financial Planning & Analysis for SAP S/4HANA (‏2EB‏)

From our point of view this is the best practice process for exporting plan values from SAP Analytics CLoud to S/4 HANA Public Cloud without a BW or similar

Hello Patric,

ok, if it already worked in the old system, then I assume you did it the same way now.

Is there an App like T-code /IWFND/ERROR_LOG - Fehlerprotokoll von SAP Gateway where you could check if there are any error log entries?

And can you compare the activated OData Services in the SAP_COM_0087 communication scenario with your old system? Might be there is an error that one is missing? I know that on Prem I had to activate more than I thought ... e.g there I missed the one for the Plan category initally ... but I never tried it in Cloud so far.

So I cannot really help you with experience 😞
