print settings issue

Hi,

We're encountering an issue with Crystal Reports 2013 and print settings. We have 10 different Zebra 231 and Zebra 411 network printers. When we modify print settings such as density, these changes aren't reflected in CR. Other applications like Word or even Notepad demonstrate this adjustment, but CR doesn't. We've attempted changing these settings both on the print server and on client PCs, yet the density and speed remain unchanged in CR. Where does CR retrieve these settings from?

Hi mrshahin, unfortunately CR 2013 hasn't been supported for a while. Given that, here's the user guide for CR 2013; go to page 237 for a bit of info on CR and print drivers. 

You might want to run a test by installing a CR 2020 trial on a test bed to see if that works with your printer  setup.

HI Wiseman, thank you for your reply, my problem has been resolved, problem is not with CR version, it looks like that there was custom fromat label and print settings must be changed for that custom label and not the printer itself.
