Formula for counting Rows in the model

Is there a way in SAP Analytics Cloud to count the number of rows or records?

Hi,

where do you want to sum up? In the model or in the story?

If in the model, is a LiveConnection used?

In general, it always helps to add a Measure containing "1". This would be summed up later on.

Hello jowdeefin,

If I am not mistaken, what you are looking for is "exception aggregation". Say number of documents posted in a given time period or number of PO's created etc. Check the exception aggregation explanation in below article.
