Error Promotion management

Hello,

I want to export in LCMBIAR a whole environment (folders, universes, connection, access level, users...).

In promotion management, I do "New job", I fill in the source (the environment on which we are connected) and the destination (biar file). I select the Folders and do "Add and Close".

It puts this error :

The Promotion Management application cannot process your request.

The server error is: Unable to get job dependencies. (PRS 00048) An exception occurred that prevents an object from being read or written to memory. (FWM 10002) GetRelatedDependenciesFailed

The same error appears when I do "Add objects" and select Connections for example.

Do you know why this error appears and how to solve it?

For information, we have increased Xmx (from 2 to 4g) and tested by stopping servers, but it does not change anything

The creation of promotions was working correctly. We wanted to generate a LCMBIAR that contained all the elements of the universe. The generation of this promotion failed, and since this error message appears every time we add items to a new promotion:

We believe that since the failed promotion something is stuck. We looked for information in the logs, but we couldn't find anything.

Hello,

We have added 16G of RAM on this server and the problem is still here, although we are just promoting a little part of the universe.

Also, the problem doesn't come after a certain amout of time, the problem popups immediately without any waiting period.

No log have been observed in the logging directory...
